Worn Out to Showpiece: Staircase Refinishing in Orion, IL

This staircase had years of wear baked into it — scratched treads, dull finish, and wood that had lost its character. We stripped it back to bare wood, sanded every surface by hand, and applied a two-toned top coat that brought out the natural grain of the oak.
